REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
