All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Times

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days after production is complete. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at meagan@houseofashandgrace.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change addresses once production has begun.
